This first Forum and Exhibition presents an original and interactive how professional equality is built in childhood and takes the form throughout life by recruiting and access to employment, occupation and different lifetimes.

PROGRAM

It is introducing the concept of equality between men and women in recalling the history of women's rights in respect of employment and professional equality with panels archives, videos, animations around four themes:

- the Education (schooling for girls, the children's books ...)

- Orientation (diversification and expansion of occupational choice, women and science, the choice of trades over a century ...)

- the e Recruitment and occupation (the place of women in the economy, part-time, classified ads, aid measures ...)

- Articulation lifetimes (childcare systems, office times, retired ...)

Debates, reflections, teaching animation, interactive games, videos, testimonials ... around the same themes as exposure.
